A tip for gaining some pizazz without spending much money

At Walmart, in the kid's craft aisle, they have boxes of beads for about 10 bucks. There you can also get elastic for about 2 dollars or so, and you can make your own bracelets or necklaces. Now, these may not be the most "creative" thing you'd ever do with about fifteen dollars, but it's a start. The list of designs you can do are ENDLESS, and it's lots of fun. They also make great presents. It reflects your personality and they pretty jazzy!
